You are solely responsible for content you post, including reviews, forum posts, and comments. By submitting content, you grant Grade My Landlord a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content on the Platform.

Reviews must be based on genuine personal experience as a tenant or landlord. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are fraudulent, fabricated, or submitted in bad faith.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or attempt to manipulate ratings or reviews.
Grade My Landlord is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of user-submitted reviews or listings. Always conduct your own due diligence before entering into any tenancy agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grade My Landlord shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
